* We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective/damaged in its original packing. We do thorough screening before sending out.
* For buyer who bought by shipment, postage for the return item should be borne by the buyer. We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
* For buyer who self collected, he/she should arrange delivery of the return item
* The return item should be in original condition, original packaging and original tag. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund
* We reserve the right not to return or refund if we found that the item had been damaged intentionally/not damaged.
* The return should be made within 3 days after receiving the items or 7 days upon our delivery date. We will close the file after 7 days.
